"I founded Lordstone Business Advisors, Inc. after experiencing a need myself for strategic planning, execution, accountability and business coaching over the last 20 years of leading Lordstone Corporation", a management consulting firm specializing in executive search, assessment & selection. “Owning a small business can be isolating and often there is no one to talk to about the challenges facing a business and its owner. Secondly, many times there is often no one to be accountable to, other than yourself. I always wished I had someone experienced to come alongside of me, talking through strategy, encouraging my personal and business growth, keeping us focused and holding us accountable to my vision for the business. As a result, I founded Lordstone Business Advisors, Inc. to fill that gap."

Jeff has more than two decades of experience as a small business owner, including 3 profitable start ups, 4 new service/revenue channel expansions and experience acquiring a competitor. He has personally served more than 200 businesses across 40 industries and has interviewed or interfaced with thousands of executives and managers throughout his career. Through these interactions, he has learned about what works and what doesn't when running a small business and shares this advice with the clients of Lordstone Business Advisors, Inc.

Jeff is a graduate of Cornell University’s Program in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting where he studied cutting edge theory and “best practices” among the Top 250 companies in the world. Subjects of study included: • Business Strategy & Market Positioning • Talent Management, Talent Development & Succession Planning • Diversity & Inclusion • Executive Assessment/Management Appraisal • Compensation and Total Rewards. Additionally, Jeff is certified as a researcher/associate through the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), an organization recognized by the United States Government and the European Union as the representative body for the executive search and leadership consulting industry.

Linda Nyberg Ketchum - VP of Administration
Linda joined the parent company of Lordstone Business Advisors, Inc., Lordstone Corporation, shortly after the companies founding in 1998 and currently directs the administration efforts of both companies.

Over the last several decades, Linda has worked closely with a number of business owners, investors, executives and mangers of small-medium sized businesses throughout a variety of industries. Linda keeps everyone at Lordstone Business Advisors, Inc. and their clients on track.

Linda attended Olivet Nazarene University, Kankakee, Illinois and Eckerd College, St. Petersburg, Florida. She is the former Executive Assistant of the President of Olivet Nazarene University and the former Executive Assistant of the Director of World Vision, Australia.
